Heart Rate Variability Testing
What is Heart Rate Variability (HRV)?
HRV is a measure of the time between heartbeats. A high HRV represents lots of variability, meaning the times vary greatly, while a low HRV represents very consistent intervals.
HRV and The Healing Codes
The graph below represents a 4-year study showing that these self-treatments balance the autonomic nervous system (the one that controls your HRV) within 20 minutes. In over three-quarters of cases, the autonomic nervous system is still in balance 24 hours later. This was previously believed to be impossible!
To understand in more detail these changes over time, check out the data below. Watch how the numbers of balanced users increases over time!
Year | # Tested | # In Balance Before Treatment | # In Balance After 1 Treatment | # In Balance After 2 Treatments | # Remained in Balance After 24 Hours |
