This Month on All Access: Whole Life Fitness and Nutrition
Each month, we release a new course on our All Access platform, designed to extend and direct the power of our healing programs, and to offer device on our topic of the month. Today, I’d like to tell you how excited I was to make this month’s All Access course—not only because of how fascinating the material was, but because I got to do it with two good friends.
Our course is called “Whole Life Fitness and Nutrition,” which is not really something I wanted to do alone. Luckily, I have friends who are more knowledgeable on these subjects than I am, in fact, together these guys are the most popular natural health docs on the internet: Dr. Josh Axe and Dr. Jordan Rubin!
For those of you who haven’t heard about these guys, DrAxe.com is one of the top natural health websites in the world. It’s a great resource for practical methods of fixing and maintaining your health. In fact, Dr. Axe was one of the guys I sought for advice when we were getting All Access off the ground a number of months ago! Dr. Jordan Rubin is the author of The Maker’s Diet, one of the bestselling books on diet and natural health ever written. Together, they’re here with me this month to give you a holistic, multilayered approach to your health through fitness and nutrition, and then power it up with Trilogy!
So what exactly can you expect from the program? Well, what we have for you is a 45-minute video workshop. First up, we’re going to talk to Dr. Axe, who has some wonderful tips and techniques for getting fit in just twenty minutes, three times a week! In today’s world, when we talk about getting fit we tend to think of lifting weights, jogging for miles every day, crossfit, and all that sort of thing. But according to Dr. Axe, that may not be necessary for a healthy body at all!
Then, we’ll give Dr. Jordan some time in the spotlight. As an expert on diet, he has some fascinating insights to share with us, pulling wisdom from the dietary practices of biblical times as well as modern science. Why is it that men and women of ancient times may have looked better than we do today? We’re going to cut through some of the misconceptions surrounding our modern diet, some of which you may not even have been aware of! We’ll be talking, for example, about why breakfast is NOT the most important meal of the day, why eating more fat may actually help you lose weight, and how you can clean up your diet without even changing what you’re eating!
Over the course of the video workshop, I’ll also be offering two unique Trilogy codes, designed to reduce resistance to these methods and help you engage with them, body, mind, and spirit.
