Depression is one of the greatest issues on planet earth today, especially when you consider that it nearly always goes hand in hand with anxiety. In fact, depression was the first step on the path to what I do now. As many of you are aware, my wife was severely derpessed for the first 12 years of our marriage. She had what the doctors called the “big bad bear of depression,” genetic, permenant, incurable. As of today, she has been depression-free for almost 18 years. So is that a miracle, or was the doctor wrong all along?

Although I absolutely believe in miracles, I don’t think that was one. Since that day, I’ve seen thousands of people all over the world make similar recoveries, some of them less depressed than Hope was, and some even more so.

There’s been a big splash in the health world recently about a new postpartum depression drug, and while I’m not doubting that some women benefit from it, you’ll find the blogs full of women saying it was not the solution for them, and this is nothing new. In 2012, Dr. Irving Kirsh of Harvard Medical School stepped onto the stage of 60 Minutes and dropped the bombshell. “Antidepressants don’t work.” His solution when asked by Leslie Stahl was simple: start prescribing placebos. After all, they work just as well and have no side effects! But I believe there’s a better solution, the same one that those thousands of men and women all over the world have used to recover from their own depression.

According to the standard medical view of depression, it’s caused by chemical imbalances related primarily to genetics, life circumstances, and stress. In fact, the old stress test asked questions almost exclusively about external circumstances. Has someone close to you died recently? Have you had a fincancial reversal? Any new health issues? A strained relationship? The self help industry has spent the last 80 years treating primarily five things: the physiology of your body, negative emotions, negative thoughts, negative beliefs, and negative actions and behaviors.

Don’t get me wrong, all these things are related to depression, but as symptoms, not sources. In every case, some people who have each of these problems are depressed, but others are not. What does that tell us? It tells us that there’s more to it that circumstances, stress, and brain chemicals. So if you want a real solution that many people might say is impossible, you need to find and treat the real source.

We’ve been told this source comes from our external circumstances, when in reality, whether or not you are depressed is determined by internal factors that control your thoughts, feelings, chemical balances or imbalances, etc. The internal is the difference between a miracle and a placebo.

Over the last 18 years since my own wife was healed, I have continued to learn more about how to treat depression, and now that I have finally released Trilogy, my most effective healing tool ever, I am happy to be able to direct it specifically toward depression. This new course deals with healing the source of depression and nothing else, a custom three-minute process that turns the power of Trilogy to dispelling depression in mind, body, and spirit, along with any accompanying anxiety. It is the only thing in the world of its kind today. If you or someone you know struggles with depression, I hope you will find relief in this method as I have.

Have a blessed, wonderful day!
