How would you like for every day to feel like your best? How would you like to wake up each morning excited for what you get to do, to find your life fulfilling, and to be healthy on top of it all? I don’t think it’s controversial to say that’s something everyone wants. This month on All Access, my new Total Prevention course can help you achieve just that.

First of all, I want to clear something up. Despite the name, Total Prevention is not just about preventing disease. It’s about creating an entirely healthy life in terms of body, mind, and spirit. Great physical health is just one of the benefits! You see, especially in the west, medicine is all about treating the physical. Chemistry is almost the only reality from this perspective, but the problem is that human beings have three distinct parts: the physical, the mental, and the spiritual. A serious problem can come from any one of these categories, but always affects all three.

I’ll give you an example. Over the course of my career, I’ve been told by no less than two-hundred doctors that there is NOTHING a fully-functioning immune system can’t heal. Not the flu, and not cancer. It is our single greatest tool in preventing and neutralizing disease, bar none, so I had to wonder why it seems to fail so often. I’ve told the story before of how my friend, cancer specialist Dr. Ben Johnson once told me that he’d never seen a cancer without an accompanying issue of unforgiveness. This turned out to be the key to the puzzle, because stress is the easiest way to shut down the immune system. This stress, more often than not, is caused by a relationship issue.

Dr. Michael J. Lincoln, PhD, wrote that immune system problems often come from “a sense of underlying despair and demoralization.” Once again, we see physical health issues resulting from mental and spiritual problems. We’ll never beat these issues by looking only at the physical. We have to look at the whole picture to make ourselves healthy in every aspect of life.

That’s exactly what the Total Prevention program is intended to do. This is not a single practice, but a guide to find peace and health through holistic, mindful living. Physical needs are the simplest. Things like diet, exercise, sleep, and meditation are the only needs that can be accurately quantified, but the program doesn’t stop there. It helps you focus the mind on what is right, true, and loving in each present moment. According to Dr. Daniel Amen, when you consciously think about a memory, the chemicals your brain releases are the same as those released when it originally happened. By helping you actively shape your thoughts into something positive, you can naturally improve your brain chemistry to match!

But the most critical point of all is the spiritual. According to ancient manuscripts, King Solomon the Wise said, “Guard your heart above all else, for from it flow all the issues of life.” This is the heart. The epicenter. I believe the most important thing in life is to live in accordance with your heart, according to what you believe is right. It is never easy, and even answering the question of what exactly you believe in can be difficult. Appropriately, this issue is also at the heart of the Total Prevention program. We have a lot more to say about the spiritual heart from both modern and ancient perspectives. We’re going to teach you how to keep yours healthy, and provide you with custom codes specially made for Total Prevention.

This program hits all three aspects of you at once. It’s always the problems we don’t see or don’t treat that drag us down, but use Total Prevention, and I believe that won’t be an issue for you anymore. Nothing will drag you down! So don’t wait another day. Come join us on All Access*, where you can not only learn more about this program, but all the teachings we’ve offered throughout the years. There’s never been a better time to try it!

Have a blessed, wonderful day!
