For the many of you struggling with stress and illness, what if you could go beyond the day-to-day managing of your symptoms? What if I told you that my proven methods could help you, as I mentioned in my previous blog, get to the heart of the matter and uncover the true cause of what’s holding you back, whether it be in life, love or even your health?

Medication may help offset disease and minimize symptoms, but the body can’t truly heal if the mind and spirit are broken. Any physical, emotional or mental issue you have originates from the spiritual heart. As Solomon says in Proverbs, “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”

Unhealed memories cause stress that holds us back in all areas of life. They deplete our energy, keep us in destructive relationships and suppress our immune systems. Memory is so much more than we’ve been traditionally taught. Scientists have proven that our memories are stored not just in our brains, but throughout our bodies in the form of something we’ll call cellular energy. The pain, the trauma, the failure and the hurt you’ve experienced can exist in your unconscious mind and memories for years.

In 2004, the Dallas Morning News ran a story titled “Medical School Breakthrough” about a new research study released by Southwestern University Medical Center. Scientists had discovered that our experiences do not just reside in our brains, but are recorded at the cellular level throughout our bodies, and they believed these cellular memories were the true source of illness and disease. This concept of cellular memory is at the core of my practice, which I discuss in Chapter 2 of my best-selling book, The Love Code.

The negative cellular memories of your unconscious and subconscious mind send signals—anger, fear, etcetera—that are received by the hypothalamus, the part of the brain in charge of your body’s flip switch to stress. When this switch is flipped, as I explain in video five of my Love Code video series, it drains you, compromises your immune system and leads to illness. Fortunately, scientists have found that this switch can be flipped to success if loving memories replace memories of fear.

More than 90% of the time, it is our subconscious memories causing our stress. That’s right—your cellular memories can put you into stress mode whether you are consciously thinking about them or not. Healing those negative memories of anger, hatred and unforgiveness is the key to long-term healing.

There is a solution to reprogramming these negative cellular memories, and it was my “aha!” moment nearly 20 years ago. I’ve seen my Healing Code method help thousands of people deprogram the negative heart issues that hold them back in their lives. Unlike traditional therapy, which essentially rehashes the same issues over and over, the holistic groundbreaking methods I share here on my website and in my books heal the memories your subconscious holds on to and that hinder our healing. I can’t wait to show you how to heal your past hurts and achieve success in every aspect of your life!
